1. What Data We Collect
When you use our services, we may collect:

Immigration documents: USCIS forms, supporting documents, photos, and identification uploaded for document preparation
Form data: Information you provide during the intake interview (biographical data, addresses, employment history, immigration history)
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store your credit card numbers
Device and usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited (only with cookie consent)
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for document preparation services:
Preparing and filling USCIS immigration forms accurately
Communicating with you about your case status
Sending your completed document packet and review reports
Processing payments through Stripe
Improving our services through anonymized analytics (only with consent)
3. AI Disclosure — Utah AI Policy Act
In compliance with the Utah Artificial Intelligence Policy Act, we disclose that DocPros uses 14 specialized AI agents to prepare your immigration documents. These agents handle intake interviews, document validation, form filling, quality assurance, compliance checking, and packet assembly.
Every case is reviewed by a licensed professional before any filing packet is delivered to you. AI assists with precision and efficiency; human professionals ensure accuracy and oversight.
4. Data Security
AES-256 encryption for all stored documents
HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Encrypted AWS S3 storage with server-side encryption for client files
Cloudflare protection against DDoS, bots, and malicious traffic
Access restricted to authorized personnel only
5. Data Retention
Client documents: Deleted 30 days after USCIS approval or 180 days after filing, whichever comes first
Lead information: Purged after 90 days if no service is purchased
Payment records: Retained for 3 years as required for tax and accounting purposes
Document Review uploads: Deleted immediately after review is complete
6. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. Your immigration documents are shared only with the licensed professional reviewing your case. We do not share your information with any government agency, including ICE or USCIS, unless required by law.
